Quang Nam, Laos’ Sekong province to deal with illegal migration, marriage. Leaders of the central province of Quang Nam and the Lao neighbouring province of Sekong will meet in the second quarter of this year to discuss specific cases of illegal migrants and marriage along the shared border.
