Louisiana: Sen. Mary Landrieu (D) is getting outside help! Well, from the state Democratic Party, which started running $50,000 in radio ads over the weekend. Just to put that into context, Republican outside groups are spending $1.4 million on TV this week alone , and that doesn't include the NRSC, which cancelled its spending this week.
