A fourth foreman was charged with rape last week in a case involving the chronic assault of a single dry walling apprentice who was threatened with deportation and harm to her family, court records say. Gustavo Torres Orduno, 36, remains at large, Senior Deputy Prosecutor Emily Petersen wrote in a King County Superior Court memo.
