DE PERE (WLUK) -- Tuesday evening we spoke with people on both sides of De Pere's new, anti-discrimination ordinance that protects transgender people. The ordinance expands protections to include people based on gender identity, but some local church leaders say the ordinance violates their first-amendment rights.
