The governor of Manica has said he expects the criminal justice authorities to solve the murder of a Portuguese citizen in the capital, Chimoio, in December, and hold the perpetrators criminally accountable. Alberto Mondlane was speaking on Monday at a service of commemoration of Maria Laura da Silva Pereira in Chimoio cathedral.
