| Spanish Nurse First To Contract Ebola Outside West Africa |

Added Mon 6th Oct 2014. A nurse in Spain has become the first person to contract Ebola outside of West Africa. She tested positive for the disease today. The nurse treated priest Manuel Garcia Viejo who was flown to Madrid from Sierre Leone after being infected there. He died in hospital in September 25th.
