Lori Lovelace, co-coordinator of NSAI’s local chapter, directs each new arrival to a table with two sign-in sheets. One is an attendance roster, the other is a song consent form for those planning to present an original song to the group for critique at the end of the meeting.
“This organization has been around since 1967,” Lovelace said.
