COLUMBUS. James E. Plummer, 91, of Columbus, passed from this life at 4:10 a.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility. Mr. Plummer was born March 31, 1926, in Columbus, the son of Walter and Eunice E. Lawver Plummer. He married Geneva Ross October 11, 1946, she preceded him in death April 6, 1989.
