The following people have recently been dealt with at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court for the offences detailed: Kevin Hibbs, 44, of Northwood Avenue, Chaddesden , was handed a 16-week community order, with curfew, and was ordered to pay 85 costs, an 85 victim surcharge and was disqualified....
