Artak Barseghyan Public Radio of Armenia High-level talks on the Karabakh issue have intensified in the recent period. After the two meetings mediated by the Russian President and the US Secretary of State, the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet again in Paris at the initiative of French President Francois Hollande.
