Liberal backbencher Craig Kelly has broken ranks with the government to back an audit by the Australian Electoral Commission, after Senate President Stephen Parry became the eighth person embroiled in the saga. "There's virtually an informal audit being done by the media, which is like a death of a thousand cuts," Mr Kelly told ABC TV.
