New Zealand's new prime minister Jacinda Ardern would welcome the chance to sit down with Australia's foreign minister Julie Bishop.
Ms Bishop earlier this year suggested she would find it difficult to trust the country's Labour Party after alleging it colluded with federal Labor to question Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce's citizenship.
