The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council will be on highest alert during the visit of Pope Francis to the country this coming January. A report by radio dzBB's Glen Juego said this means all personnel will be on alert during the visit scheduled Jan. 15 to 19. It said the during the visit.
