The Algiers pastor arrested in a shooting outside his church struck a fleeing copper thief twice in the back of the head, an arrest warrant obtained Friday says. At first, the truck carrying two men drove toward the Rev. W.L.T. Littleton, so Littleton opened fire, the warrant says.
