An inspirational teen who can't eat or walk and relies on a feeding line to a vein in her heart was honoured by Princes William and Harry. Wheelchair-bound Katie Callaghan from Bishop's Stortford suffers from Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, which causes severe connective tissue disorders, and spends months on end in hospital.
