The Quezon City police's Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit has arrested the suspected mastermind behind the murder of race car driver Ferdinand "Enzo" Pastor, radio dzBB's Allan Gatus reported Wednesday. Pastor was killed in Quezon City last June 12.
