BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraqi Shi'ite militiamen opened fire on minority Sunni Muslims in a village mosque on Friday, killing dozens just as Baghdad is trying to build a cross-community government to fight Sunni militants whose rise has alarmed Western powers.
