David Davis today insisted that Brexit talks with the EU are going well. He also claimed that Britain has NO legal duty to hand over a "divorce bill" to the EU - but admitted we could carry on paying money to Brussels permanently. Last week Mr Davis headed to the EU capital for talks with top negotiator Michel Barnier.
