The Service will commence at 10:15 a.m. at the Church of the Open Bible, 12 Washington Boulevard, Kingston 20. Pastor of the Church of God in Jamaica, Rev. Dave Goffe, will be the guest preacher. Other speakers will be the Custos of St. Andrew, Hon. Marigold Harding, who will be representing Governor-General, His Excellency the Most Hon.
