Aug. 22, 1925 - Aug. 22, 2017. Not all of Peggy Gallo's reasons for joining the Navy during the Korean War were strictly noble, but join she did, and she ended up making Naval history as part of an all female crew at the Worldwide Fleet's communication operation center.
