What types of houses are available? The oldest part of town, Plympton St Maurice, is particularly pretty, with fine architecture and lovely old houses. Local places of interest include Saltram House and the ruins of Plympton Castle. Despite extensive modern development, Plympton remains an attractive town and a pleasant place to live.
