Harold McNeil A Guinean national who was convicted of possessing a fraudulent passport and aggravated identity theft has been sentenced to 36 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara. Abdoulaye Barry, 25, of Jamaica, Queens, was stopped Feb. 26 by U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the Rainbow Bridge.
