Teddy bears picnic. Rhyl Miniature Railway, Marine Lake, Rhyl. 10am - 4pm. Normal adult fares apply, kids ride free with a teddy. The popular teddy bears picnic is back on this year. Once again every child with a teddy bear travels free as long as accompanied by a fare paying adult.
