They say life-support treatment should stop. But Charlie's parents, who arrived at court this afternoon holding hands, want a High Court judge to take a fresh look at the case. Mr Justice Francis began overseeing a preliminary hearing this afternoon. He said he will hear the case on Thursday, when he "may or may not" be able to make a decision.
