The decision of the Australian government to impose sanctions against Russia is counterproductive and Moscow will take corresponding measures, Russian Foreign Ministry human rights envoy Konstantin Dolgov told RIA Novosti. "It's an unproductive step and any unilateral sanctions can't help to settle the issues," Dolgov said.
