NNA - The Congregation for Eastern Churches has issued a press statement saying the Cardinal Prefect, Leonardo Sandri is following the unfolding of events in Iraq with extreme concern, and is united in prayer with the Chaldean Patriarch, Louis Sako, all the bishops, priests and lay faithful of Iraq.
