BRADENTON, Fla. – For kids who grew up in the 1960s around central Indiana, the name “Harlow Hickenlooper” is hard to forget. The character played by Hal Fryar rose to fame as the host of a children’s show on WFBM-TV in Indianapolis that ran from 1960 to 1972.
