Nonprofit Transitions Life Center serves developmentally disabled adults By Marian Rizzo Correspondent. A group of developmentally disabled adults spent Friday morning at the Silver River Museum and enjoyed a boat ride along the Silver River and a scavenger hunt of artifacts inside the museum.
