2019 presidential election: no Russians observers admitted. Brief candidate review
This week, the Central Election Commission registered 348 official observers from foreign countries and international organizations and scheduled the candidates’ campaigning time on national TV and radio channels in the run-up for the March 31 st presidential election. Russian citizens have been barred from observing the Ukrainian election.

The death has occurred of Anne Margaret Mary Gale (née Hartigan) of Corbally, Limerick. Passed away in Preston, Lancashire.
