Close to 900 people filled Dominion Chalmers Church Saturday for a celebration of life for Paul Dewar. Dewar died earlier this month at the age of 56. Politicians from all levels of government attended the service; including Environment Minister Catherine McKenna, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario Elizabeth Dowdeswell, and Mayor Jim Watson.

Man burned in Dakota County house explosion has died; he and woman who died were high school sweethearts
A rural Dakota County man who was injured when his house exploded on Feb. 5 has died. According to the Bakken-Young funeral home , Brian Suilmann, 57, of Hampton died Wednesday at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. His companion, Theresa Ann Snoeyenbos, 56, also died in the explosion. Suilmann was found by rescue workers at the scene.
