On December 5 it was free parking day in Old Bridge Street Car park Truro. When the Christmas shopper arrived in the morning he found that there were also cars parked in the same spot without tickets on. Because of the other cars not having tickets and it being free parking, he believed the spaces were usable.

Minsk, two Catholic priests arrested
Moscow (AsiaNews) - The prosecutor of Vitebsk (Belarus) yesterday decreed the arrest and detention for 10 days of the Catholic priest Vjačeslav Barok. He is charged with having published the work of an artist, Vladimir Tsezler, entitled "Stop to Lukashism" on his Facebook page.
