Campaigners are continuing a '24-hour' presence outside a proposed Direct Provision Centre in Oughterard in County Galway. It's after 3,000 people joined a silent protest yesterday at a former hotel outside the town. Local Independent Councillor Thomas Welby says the protest is not about racism.
