MORE than a thousand crimes have been reported at churches and religious buildings in Sussex in less than three years. A Freedom of Information Act (FOI) request to Sussex Police from the Countryside Alliance revealed churches are not only being targeted for lead theft, of which there were 33 recorded cases. |
