People turn to tourism throughout the year to change their environment, to get away from their region, experience someplace different, or go somewhere that offers some serenity.
A sense of foreboding
There were warnings by politicians and doctors that the pandemic was coming. Mandatory quarantines followed, along with scepticism by a public that felt the threat was all hype. Then, the deaths started. This scenario is unfolding across Southern California, as the region hunkers down against coronavirus and reported cases continue to rise.

Virtual religious gatherings amidst COVID-19
RELIGIOUS groups are holding televised and online streaming worship services in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the Luzon lockdown. Public worship put on hold
