Guam govt back and running from Monday
Guam's Governor has announced government offices and departments will reopen on Monday. Lou Leon Guerrero also announced changes to quarantine procedures. While the public servants will be back there will be a restriction of 50 percent occupancy rates for offices with some employees working from home.
