Media mainstreaming and gender reportage
Gender issues took the centre stage because it has become a core value to achieving balanced reportage of gender sensitive issues and gender mainstreaming in the Nigerian media. It also served as an advocacy step to changing the perceived perspective of the private and public sectors in gender activities.
