Halloween theme marks Dream Team gala
White Oak resident Jamie Holmes called the last decade of her life wonderful and bittersweet. Holmes, 28, founder of the Versailles-based charity Jamie's Dream Team, celebrated her organization's 10-year anniversary Thursday night at the LeMont Restaurant in Mt. Washington.
