Foreign Minister Julie Bishop says horrific terror attacks in Paris, which have killed at least 120 people and injured dozens more, bear all the hallmarks of Islamic State. Several thousand Australians were in Paris at the time but none have been reported killed or injured as gunmen sprayed gunfire and set off suicide vests.
