On 7 November 2015, a BBC documentary by Damon Rose featured when hundreds of disabled people took to the streets of the United Kingdom to protest against the injustice they felt was being meted out to them. That was in the 1990s. Disabled people chained themselves to public transport. Wheelchair users blocked the streets.
