Vietnam war veteran raises money for Toys for Tots with his tractor
Each summer morning like clockwork Howard Mears loads his 1947 Ford 8N tractor on to the back of a flatbed trailer, he hits the road and gets ready to mow down weeds all in the name of the Toys for Tots cause. Mears became the Helena-area coordinator for the Marine Corps Reserve’s Toys for Tots fundraiser roughly 7 years ago.

Irish man tells how his hands went on fire at mass after using alcohol wipes
An unlucky Liveline listener's hands went on fire after he used alcohol wipes before going into mass. Tim Hendricken, from Palmerstown in Dublin, told Joe Duffy on RTE Radio 1 that he had wiped his hands and then went to light a candle. He was shocked when his hands went on fire, but thankfully was able to extinguish the flames quickly.
