Speaking to CNBC's "Squawk Box Asia" on Wednesday, Damien O'Connor said: "It's overall security across the globe, at a time (during) this Covid pandemic, that we need to build." New Zealand just signed a trade agreement with China on Tuesday, which gives Kiwi exports more access to the Asian economic giant.
