Asian stock are mostly lower on Tuesday amid reports of intensifying Republican opposition to President Joe Biden's proposed $1.9 trillion stimulus package and on worries of rising coronavirus cases around the world. Investors also turned cautious ahead of the release of quarterly earnings results from major companies this week.
