Stocks in Asia were mostly lower on Wednesday as early results in the Georgia runoff races revealed both were almost evenly split. The Australian All Ordinaries lost 74.30 points or 1.07 percent to 6,881.40. The Nikkei 225 in Tokyo was down 34.17 points or 0.13 percent at 27,124.46.
