The event was attended by Politburo member and permanent member of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong, National Assembly Vice Chair Phung Quoc Hien and local leaders. As one of the 12 key projects of Yen Bai Province, construction of the 400-metre-long bridge commenced in December 2019 and was completed eight months ahead of schedule.
