Asian stocks were moving lower in cautious trade on Monday, though the downside remained limited after U.S. Congressional leaders on Sunday reached a hard-fought agreement on a $900 billion stimulus package. The deal offers temporary $300 per week supplemental jobless benefit and a $600 direct stimulus payment to most Americans.
