Source: Auckland Council. Aotea / Great Barrier Local Board is supporting Te Kura O Ōkiwi and Mana Whenua to take action to protect Aotea’s waters. Earlier this year, the Asian paddle crab was found in the Whangapoua estuary at Aotea / Great Barrier Island.
