MANILA US Secretary of the Air Force Barbara Barrett on Wednesday met with Department of National Defense (DND) Undersecretary Cardozo Luna and senior Philippine military officials to reaffirm the United States’ steadfast military partnership with the Philippines, the oldest US treaty ally in Asia.
