SYDNEY (REUTERS) - Countries across the Asia-Pacific region reported record new coronavirus numbers and fresh outbreaks on Monday (Nov 16), with Japan facing mounting pressure to reimpose a state of emergency and South Korea warning it was at a "critical crossroads".
