When the oil crash reverberated around the globe back in the spring, Asian nations were hit hard. Much of the attention surrounding the crash was ultimately directed toward Saudi Arabia and Russia, and to some extent the full OPEC+ coalition. But throughout Asia, too, oil investment plummeted and the industry ground to a halt.
