SINGAPORE - * Kuwait has set the official selling price (OSP) for Kuwait Export Crude (KEC) at 50 cents per barrel below the average of DME Oman and Platts Dubai quotes for Asian refiners, unchanged from the previous month, a pricing document showed on Monday.
